Terms and Conditions for One Day Tour

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee, 100% of your funds will be refunded.

If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, there is no refund.

Refunds will take a few business days to process via our merchant services company.

If you are unable to make it to your tour on the day selected due to an unforeseeable event please contact us so that we may reschedule your tour. We will try to work with you. This will be a standby situation and we will let you know the day before you wish to go. Any tours canceled by World Travelers Today, for any reason, will receive a 100% refund.

We reserve the right to use different vehicles according to the size of the party, maintenance, or if weather situations may arise. Thank you for understanding.

We are not responsible for
1.inclement weather or other situations beyond our control

2. personal property or valuables lost while on our tour (if something is left on our vehicle after the tour we may ship it back to you with you paying for shipping)

3.food poisoning of any kind injury of any type while on our tour
